Do you charge per user?
No. All plans include unlimited team seats. Your whole office, every sales rep, no upcharge.
What if my CRM isn't listed?
Founding customers get custom integration at no extra cost. Apply and we'll tell you within one business day if we can wire it up.
Can I switch between tiered and outcome-based?
Yes. After month 3, with 30 days notice. We built the switch window to protect both sides — switching mid-billing creates accounting noise.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for founding customers. For later-stage sign-ups, we charge a $1,500 implementation fee that covers CRM connection and your first custom recipe set.
How does the 50% founding discount work?
50% off your chosen plan for the full first year — locked in at signup. Not a trial. Not a promo that expires. A founding-customer rate that stays yours for 12 billing cycles.
